MENOPAUSE
There comes a time in a woman’s live where her spirit may start to feel inhibited…when anxiety and fear replace carefree abandon. Thankfully we are living through a time where women no longer have to suffer in silence and it’s thanks things like the Menopause Mandate and people like @davinamccall for shining such a light on this plight. Keep talking and don’t take no for an answer.

THE BLUEBONNET
1.5 oz Tequila Blanco
1.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz Simple Syrup
Dash of Blue Curacao and Grenadine
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Pour over ice into a glass and garnish with a lemon wedge and jalapeno slice.

I was so inspired by Wim during the show, I couldn’t wait to talk to him for my “By the Light of The Moon” podcast. Having seen his methods at work first hand, they are truly mind-blowing.

Creative genius is always guaranteed to show up at the annual Met Gala and I love seeing what everyone wore.
Mother/daughter goals! Kate & Lila Moss looking breath-taking in Burberry – not to mention the visibility of Lila’s insulin monitor and pump in this sheer dress, which is a big win for body positivity and health diversity. Lila said her fav ever Met Gala look was Cher in Bob Mackie’s ‘Naked Dress’ in 1974.

Can’t imagine any adventure would deliver a bigger dopamine hit than seeing @harrystyles perform with @shaniatwain at Coachella this month!
FRAGRANCE FOUNDATION AWARDS
We are over the moon to announce that, we won the NEWCOMER Award at the prestigious ‘Oscars’ of the beauty industry – the @fragrancefoundationuk Awards.
As a fledgling brand, this is such an incredible honour for us and we are overwhelmed by the appreciation and love for our (borrowed from) The Wild scent. We absolutely cannot wait to continue to share our journey in home and personal fragrance with you.
I was driving the other day and this little gem of a song came on the radio. A shot of 80’s energy to the soul!
I thoroughly enjoyed bingeing ‘Anatomy of a Scandal’ on Netflix. And was so delighted to see the brilliant Josette Simon looking so beautiful in our KLM x WYLDE MOON Diamond & Moonstone Earrings at the series premiere.

I might be 40 something – but I’m still not too old for a Barbie adventure! @margotrobbie will make the perfect Barbie in Barbie-land!
I learned about @letters.from.afar from a friend. Every month her kids get a letter through the front door from Isabelle, the intrepid globe trotter – and they love it! What a lovely way to expand their horizons.

This year my favourite was Blake Lively’s showstopper Versace gown. This design was an ode to New York and referencing the ceiling of Grand Central Station, the Empire State Building, and the Statue of Liberty.

As a true Aquarian, in the Age of Aquarius, my heart leapt when I was sent this @gylesandgeorge knit. This label by Gyles Brandreth and George Hostler has been a favourite since the 1980’s counting Princess Diana and Elton John amongst its fans…and now me!

Here’s a little Tequila cocktail recipe I stumbled across…complete with a jalapeno slice for the more adventurous palette…courtesy of The JL Bar Ranch, Resort & Spa, US.
