ANDY BELL – FLICKER
Andy Bell, composer of the soundtrack to our new (borrowed from) The Wild perfume, which he will perform exclusively at the ENO on 23rd February, has launched his second solo album called Flicker and it’s a triumph.
FEBRUARY FOOD
It’s officially hearty soup season – this is one of my favourite recipes from @ameliafreer wholesome website…I found this one in the ‘Winter Wonders’ section.
GOALS
Me, everyday.

Today I asked my body what she needed,
Which is a big deal
Considering my journey of
Not Really Asking That Much.
I thought she might need more water.
Or protein.
Or greens.
Or yoga.
Or supplements.
Or movement.
But as I stood in the shower
Reflecting on her stretch marks,
Her roundness where I would like flatness,
Her softness where I would like firmness,
All those conditioned wishes
That form a bundle of
Never-Quite-Right-Ness,
She whispered very gently:
Could you just love me like this?

I was given a Polaroid Lab a few years ago and when I use it, it always makes me happy. You can take any digital image (basically your favourite pics on your phone) and turn them into actual polaroids…love!

THE QUEEN’S JUBILEE
The Queen celebrates 70yrs on the throne this year…this image of all her beautiful, bold rainbow-coloured outfits really caught my eye.

16 YEARS APART!
Working with Stephen Mulhern on Saturday mornings really formed the foundation of my career in TV.
He’s been one of the real constants in my life but we haven’t worked together for 16 years and it was so lovely to be reunited under unusual circumstances while Phil was isolating.
The chemistry, unspoken connection and trust were still there. It was a trip down memory lane that I loved every moment of.
