WYLDE MOON astrologer Hagan Fox explains why now is the perfect time to work out what you want and then commit to making it happen.
Ordinarily, the Pisces New Moon, which we’ll see in the sky from February 20, is about making glorious, fanciful wishes. You could sit back and watch them saunter gently into play.
But this Pisces New Moon is conjunct Saturn…which means that we all need to work that bit harder to make our dreams a reality.
So, how does this pan out for your individual star sign?
Aries
Aries you’ll have to work a little harder to make things happen this month. But, because you have an action-orientated mindset this shouldn’t be a problem. It’s the beauty of Aries…energised from top to toe, 24/7 and it is why your nature will mean you are one of the star signs who will do best this month figuring out what you want and how best to make it happen.
Taurus
This is a lovely Moon for Taurus, so you have a head start. You are naturally ordered, and good at making commitments which align perfectly with Saturn’s requirements. However, Taureans are quite staid and grounded and may regard wishful thinking as futile and somewhat irrelevant. Sound familiar? Don’t go down that path Taurus. Open your mind, embrace the fanciful world, commit and…you never know what could happen.
Gemini
The Pisces Moon is always a little tricky for Geminis as they sit square (90 degrees) to Pisces. So, if you desire, you could wait until your most favourable Moon comes along. However, a square is an ‘action’ aspect in astrology, so a wish aligned with commitment is actually perfect timing. If your wish involves ‘mind expansion’, you really should get on it.
Cancer
This is as favourable a Moon as exists for Cancerians. It is an action station’s New Moon, don’t waste it dreaming away your days. Clonk yourself on the nonce, enter reality, make that wish and 100% commit to making it happen. This is like having a personal New Moon. This is your time to make inroads with a plan for a blissful future. What are you waiting for?
Leo
A beautiful New Moon for you Leos. Your power, belief and energy are taylor-made for this aspect. Leos love to dream, wish and aspire. Feel free to do precisely that but make sure you align these with a dose of reality and strategic planning. If ever a plan of attack with a committed mindset had the opportunity to play out it’s this New Moon. Dream hard and work hard.
Virgo
Virgo, beware. This is your trickiest New Moon. If anyone was permitted to skip it and wait for a more favourable New Moon, it’s you. But I’m not gonna diss you for side-stepping. If you FEEL a dream loitering in your loins and currently possess a committed mindset, Saturn will always reward simple, straightforward hard graft. Just keep your dreams more realistic than fanciful.
Libra
A fabulous New Moon for you Libra. Libran’s can dream with the best of ‘em and they know how to dream big. The work ethos of a Libran is second to none so it ties in perfectly with Saturn’s commitment orientated demands. Time to ‘go large’ Libra, dream big, commit big and win BIG.
Scorpio
Ooooh Scorpio…yeah. This is a Piscean New Moon that swathes you in positivity and wishful thinking. You have Scorpio’s know how to graft so the conjunction with determined, committed Saturn simply plays right into your wishful mitts. Set as many desires and wishes in place as you may…at least one should come trotting merrily in.
Sagittarius
Hmm, it’s not an overly favourable Moon but it is square to yourself which means you have the energy and zeal to not just wish but commit to a cause. This Moon doesn’t help per se but karma will counterbalance it. If you give more than you take Sagittarius, this Pisces New Moon has quite the potential.
Capricorn
Yes, your prospects are not bad at all. The Pisces New Moon is onside and your ruler Saturn is conjunct and hugely influential. It will help you commit to your plans in order to see results. As you are the commitment kids and have your ‘boss’ Saturn at the helm, this bodes well across the board. Wish, graft and potentially win Capricorn.
Aquarius
A neutral New Moon for you Aquarians. But a tad problematic too, because this Pisces New Moon requires commitment. While you Aquarians are the most naturally intellectual, you are also susceptible to periods of lethargy and laziness. Am I right? This New Moon will not reward such a mindset at all. Wish by all means..but you gotta graft and commit Aquarius. Put the work in.
Pisces
Tis’ your New Moon so own it Pisces. This week we have the caveat that is Saturn conjunct but you Pisceans absolutely know how to apply the elbow grease. Embrace Saturn, employ the power of your New Moon, wish on a grand scale and you might just be a tad joyous at the outcome. Watch what happens with true, committed wishful thinking.
