With Christmas fast approaching and last minute presents needing to be acquired, take a deep breath and don’t panic – I’ve got you!
Here are some of my favourite beauty stocking fillers that won’t break the bank, are sure to bring a smile and some much needed self-care over the holiday season to you, your friends, family or whoever you chose to share them with.
1. Garnier, Micellar Reusable Makeup Remover Eco Pads, £8.99
Give the gift of beautiful skin while feeling good about helping the planet at the same time! These eco pads are the perfect secret Santa gift, as it’s one product products you can never have enough of! They are also super sustainable as you can pop them in the wash and reuse them time and time again…no more late night dashes to the shop for cotton pads!
2. Burt’s Bees, Lip Shimmers in Strawberry, Cherry, Rhubarb & Plum, £6.49
You can never have enough lip balms, right? So why not gift one of my new favourites a Burt’s Bees shimmer lip balm. I love the fact they not only leave your lips supple and soft as they contain Shea Butter, beeswax, but they are also free of any nasties. They look fabulous mixed with your favourite lipstick for a hint of shimmer or equally as special just by themselves. I’m sure you’ll agree, they are the perfect handbag staple to take you from day to night!
3. Nails Inc, All Amped Up HD Glitters, £9
As you may know by now I love happy nails, and this nail polish is no exception! With the most beautiful sparkling pigment, it gives me disco ball vibes. You can use it on it’s own or as a topper over another colour to jazz it up. This cruelty free and vegan nail polish is perfect for the party season and will put a huge smile on someone’s face.
4. Patchology, Chilled Rosé Sheet Mask, £6
This is one of my all-time favourite sheet masks. Laced with Strawberry extract and Hyaluronic Acid, this mask is great for helping to plump and revive tired skin which has been partied out! I love to pop one on in the bath for an extra relaxing beauty pamper session. Any co-worker, friend or family member will thank you later.
5. Boots Tea Tree & Peppermint Moisturising Foot Socks – 1 pair, £0.99
Give the gift of revitalised tootsies this Christmas. This time of year your feet can take a pounding from all the Christmas shopping, running around and general festive on-goings. These socks are enriched with tingly Tea Tree, Peppermint and Vitamin E to help leave feet feeling soft, nourished and cared for.
6. Revolution X Sali Hughes Clean Sheet Morning Cleanser, £9.99
This is a great secret Santa gift at Christmas time, as with so much happening over the festive season your skin can often take the brunt of it and get forgotten. Now there’s no excuse to fall short with this delicious cleanser by beauty icon and journalist Sali Hughes and Revolution. Use in the morning to awaken the skin or part of a double cleanse at night.
Your skin will adore all the wonderful ingredients such as Cranberry extract, Grape Seed Oil and brightening Pineapple extract which will make your skin glow. This is the perfect prezzie for a skincare fanatic!
7. NEOM, Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist, £8
This travel size spray is the perfect stocking filler, as the holiday season can mean lots of travelling to friends and family and camping out in cot beds, sofas or spare rooms sleep can be disrupted and I think I can speak for us all by saying that is not something we want. I love to spritz my pillow with this spray before I jump into bed as it is laced with calming lavender, chamomile and patchouli. Whenever I’m travelling this really does make me feel like I’m home, cozy and in my own space resulting in a wonderful nights sleep.
8. Neals Yard, Soothing Skin Salve, £7
I love this soothing salve which is packed full of healing Lavender, Rosemary and Shea Butter. Rub onto your temples and pulse points (on your wrists) to help bring back a sense of calm and feeling grounded. Take a deep breath and block out any passive aggressive nonsense over the Christmas season.
9. Westlab, Mindful Bath Salts, £3.59
These bath salts are cheap as chips, yet so powerful and have a real luxurious feel to them. I love to have a long soak when using them as the mineral enriched Epsom and Himalayan salts along with the Frankincense help you to unwind and bring a sense of calm, making them the ultimate stocking filler.
10. Cantu, Cocoa Butter Raw Blend, £6.99
And last, but certainly not least, Cantu’s Cocoa Butter. I adore this Cocoa Butter! It smells good enough to eat (but don’t!) and can be used from top to toe, so it’s brilliant for anyone in your life. You can use it in your hair as a deep conditioning treatment, mix it with coconut oil to create your own body butter, use on your nails to revitalise and even on your feet to hydrate and pamper. Totally delicious and great for dry skin during these frosty months.
Christmas is about so much more than gifts and we know how this time of year can be stressful for so many for a multitude of reasons so I hope the above products have shown that Christmas doesn’t have to cost a fortune to show the people you care about that you’re thinking of them.
Have a wonderful time!
